Acceptance of Terms & Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and Discord bots (the "Service" or "Bot") developed and maintained by László Nagy ("Developer", "Operator", "nagyek.com").
By inviting the Bot to your Discord guild (server), executing any bot commands (slash commands, prefix triggers, or interactive UI components), or accessing our web services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy.
Discord Platform & Developer Policy Compliance
Our Service is built upon Discord and strictly enforces and complies with all Discord Inc. regulations and developer requirements:

You may not use the Service to facilitate or engage in any actions prohibited by Discord, including spamming, harassment, mass unsolicited direct messages, or selfbot automation.
Bot Features & Service Availability
The Service provides, without limitation, the following capabilities:
- Automated community moderation, verification, and audit logging;
- FiveM game server synchronization (role synchronization, player identifiers, live status);
- Support ticket management, community utilities, and interaction statistics;
- Automated notifications and server announcements.
Availability: We operate dedicated hardware infrastructure on Proxmox VE to maximize uptime. However, the Service is delivered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Developer is not liable for temporary service interruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, server migrations, upstream ISP issues, or Discord API outages.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
When interacting with the Service, you agree NOT to participate in or facilitate any of the following activities:
Flooding commands, attempting to exhaust bot API quotas, or conducting denial-of-service attacks against our host.
Intentionally abusing glitches, logic defects, or vulnerabilities without immediately disclosing them to the developer.
Decompiling, scraping, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized mirroring of our proprietary codebases.
Using the bot to distribute illegal material, hate speech, malicious links, or conduct fraud.
Intellectual Property
All source code, software logic, system designs, visual interfaces, and custom documentation associated with the Bot and nagyek.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of László Nagy. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or licensing rights to redistribute, sublicense, or sell the software.
Discord is a registered trademark of Discord Inc. This Service is an independently developed application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc.
Access Suspension & Termination
We reserve the unilateral right, without prior notice or liability, to:
- Block or blacklist specific Discord users or entire Discord guilds from using the Bot;
- Automatically withdraw the Bot from any server found violating these Terms or Discord guidelines;
- Throttle, rate limit, or restrict command execution frequencies.
Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time to reflect software updates, technical improvements, or statutory adjustments. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to this URL. Continued use of the Service following published amendments constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
