Information Collected & Handled by the Bot
Adhering strictly to the principle of data minimization, the Bot processes only data essential to its core features and server moderation tasks:
- Discord User ID (Snowflake): Unique 64-bit integer identifier (e.g.
951559851722883132) required to attribute commands, roles, and user statistics. - Username & Discriminator: Used for in-chat feedback formatting.
- Guild (Server) & Channel IDs: Required to isolate multi-tenant configurations, logs, and channel routes.
- Command Input Parameters: Arguments intentionally passed by users during slash command execution.
- Timestamps: Timestamp logs to prevent flooding, enforce rate-limiting, and prevent abuse.
- Server Configuration State: Guild-level role and permission mappings configured by server admins.
- Audio Recording Storage: We do NOT record voice calls, tap lines, or store persistent audio recordings. Voice-triggered interactions and autoreplies process audio strictly in-memory in real time solely to match configured keywords, and raw audio buffers are permanently discarded immediately upon transcription.
- We do not inspect or harvest private Direct Messages (DMs).
- We never request or store sensitive personal information, passwords, or credit card numbers.
- We never sell, broker, or rent your data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.
Purpose & Legal Basis of Processing
Under GDPR Article 6, our processing activities rest upon the following legal bases:

GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (Performance of Contract / Requested Service): Processing is necessary to fulfill commands, perform moderation, synchronize FiveM roleplay states, and deliver the bot features you request.

Data Storage, Security & Retention
Hosting Architecture: All databases and application instances are hosted on private, firewall-shielded Proxmox VE servers located within the European Union.
Retention Schedules:
- Configuration Records: Maintained for the duration of the Bot's presence in a Discord guild or until an erasure request is submitted.
- Diagnostics & Access Logs: Automatically rotated and permanently purged every 30 to 90 days.
- Bot Removal: When the Bot is kicked or removed from a server, associated guild data becomes queued for scheduled deletion.

We respect your privacy and make data deletion effortless. To purge all your information from our databases, use either of the options below:
Automated In-Bot Command
Run /deletedata or /privacy delete in any Discord server where our Bot is installed. Upon your confirmation, the system will immediately purge all stored settings and attributes tied to your User ID.
